Melinda is serving her second term with LMS, she has a daughter and a son who returned to Lovington because they want to be close to family. “I am very excited to be part of an organization that is bringing life to Lovington. I want to see our teens involved, and make sure our Downtown is one they can enjoy,” Melinda says.
Kallie Windsor, Vice President
Realtor, EnergyPlex Real Estate
Kallie is currently serving her third term with LMS, and has two sons whom reside in Lovington and are raising their families here. “I am thrilled to be a part of Lovington MainStreet. I joined to revitalize the Downtown, and return it to what it once was. I have so many wonderful memories and I want my grandchildren to have similar ones,” says Kallie.
Angela Hernandez, Secretary/Treasurer
Lovington Schools Employee
Angela has been a long time volunteer and is now serving her second term as a board member. “I love Lovington — I want to be a part of the change. I want my niece to have things to do in Lovington,” says Angela.
Anna Farris, Board Director
Pre-K Teacher, Lovington School District
Anna is serving her third term, she returned to Lovington after living in New York. “I choose to come back because it’s a great community who cares for each other. It’s the kind of place I want to raise my family,” says Anna.
Brandon Walker, Board Director
Lieutenant, Lovington Police Department
Brandon is serving his second term as a director. He owns Patio Pizza and is very involved in the community. “My favorite thing about Lovington is the community, and I want to be a bigger part of it,” says Brandon.
Donna Williamson, Board Director

Donna is on her third term, and while she resides in Hobbs, her heart is in Lovington. “I love MainStreet, particularly how our events bring people together in downtown Lovington. I remember all the cool things there used to be in Lovington. I know we can bring it back,” she says.
Joel Gomez, Board Director
Business Manager
Joel is serving his second term and he has a daughter. “I wanted to be more involved in Lovington. It’s a great community with a ton of potential. I’m ready to help and work to make it succeed,” says Joel.
Kenny Kim, Board Director
Business Owner, Baja Grill
Kenny is serving his second term. “I joined MainStreet because I saw all the positive changes they were making happen and I want to be a part of that,” says Kenny.
Michelle Williams, Board Director
Michelle is serving her first term as a director.
Star McKee, Administrative Assistant
Star previously served on the board, with her biggest passion being Lea Theatre. She wanted to be more involved with the organization so she resigned her board position and was hired as the assistant in December 2017. “Everything MainStreet does benefits the Theatre, so I wanted to help them,” says Star.
Mara Salcido, Executive Director
Prior to her hire as the executive director, Mara served as the assistant the previous director, Tabatha Lawson for two years. “I always wanted to come home and improve it. When I first started with MainStreet I was blown away of all the positive changes, now I get to be a part of it,” she says.
